Hosting, Made Human? What's that mean? Also, where are all the unlimited packages other companies have?

There's a good reason these two questions are right up there - exactly where you can see them. They're the two most asked questions to presales.

Firstly, we don't offer unlimited diskspace because we've yet to find a disk which is that big. We don't believe any of these companies which offer unlimited space have found one either. What it means is that they'll simply bring up some buried terms to ban you when you go over a limit they don't tell you - we don't, because we tell you what you can use, and we'll work with you personally if you get close to them.

Which brings us to the first question, what does "Hosting, made human" actually mean? It simply means that we treat every single customer as a person. We don't lie, cheat or steal, we work with you - personally - and using language everyman uses to make sure you get the most out of your hosting with us. Why? The happier you are with us, the more likely you are to stay.
